Responsibilities:
Present, promote, and sell our services to existing and prospective customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Requirements:
B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant Professional Membership or Certification is an advantage
Digital Marketing / Social Media expertise is an advantage
The ability to drive is an advantage
A minimum of 2 years work experience as a Sales or Marketing Officer
Relationship Management skills and openness to feedback
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Strong selling, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales
We prefer applicants who reside on the Mainland, especially Ikeja and its axis.
