Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis 
  • Document/review business and functional requirements 
  • Analyze an organization’s business processes 
  • Document the ‘as-is’ and identify improvements to existing solutions and business processes 
  • Validate requirements with customers 
  • Participate in project phases and report status to Project Manager, including feasibility, requirements, development, Quality Assurance, Implementation, and Maintenance 
  • Monitor the maintenance and versioning of project documentation and update project information on a daily basis to help ensure that projects are kept up-to-date in Portfolio Management 
  • Relate information gathered on the client’s business processes with workflows and processes defined in Odoo/OpenERP 
  • Use the Gap Analysis tool in Odoo/OpenERP to define requirements and interpret the outcome of the analysis 
  • Conduct a preliminary assessment of the solution 
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing 
  • Review test plans and reports to ensure that all business requirements are met throughout the testing  process 
  • Provide input to the development of end-user training content for use in training and support to end-users after the delivery of a solution 
  • Test modules developed by the technical team before deployment to production 

Qualifications:  

  • The candidate must have a University degree 
  • Proven experience in a Business Analysis role and in business analysis methods/techniques
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills 
  • Experience in the Business Analyst role across all stages of the project lifecycle
  • Strong quantitative and analytic skills are essential 
  • Strong computer skills 
  • Flow-charting and modeling skills 
  • Professional BA Certification will be an advantage 
  • Knowledge of ERP software will be an advantage
