Perform requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis
Document/review business and functional requirements
Analyze an organization’s business processes
Document the ‘as-is’ and identify improvements to existing solutions and business processes
Validate requirements with customers
Participate in project phases and report status to Project Manager, including feasibility, requirements, development, Quality Assurance, Implementation, and Maintenance
Monitor the maintenance and versioning of project documentation and update project information on a daily basis to help ensure that projects are kept up-to-date in Portfolio Management
Relate information gathered on the client’s business processes with workflows and processes defined in Odoo/OpenERP
Use the Gap Analysis tool in Odoo/OpenERP to define requirements and interpret the outcome of the analysis
Conduct a preliminary assessment of the solution
Assist with User Acceptance Testing
Review test plans and reports to ensure that all business requirements are met throughout the testing process
Provide input to the development of end-user training content for use in training and support to end-users after the delivery of a solution
Test modules developed by the technical team before deployment to production
Qualifications:
The candidate must have a University degree
Proven experience in a Business Analysis role and in business analysis methods/techniques
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience in the Business Analyst role across all stages of the project lifecycle
Strong quantitative and analytic skills are essential
Strong computer skills
Flow-charting and modeling skills
Professional BA Certification will be an advantage
