Developing business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term business objectives

Negotiate or approve agreements and contracts for the organization
Act as the figurative head of the organization when communicating with the government entities and the general public
Spearheading structural improvements to the company as well as company growth.
Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
The Ideal Candidate must have:
MSc/MA in business administration or relevant fields (Proof will be required)
At least 10 years proven experience in company leadership with physical evidence of success
Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing the vision
Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
