Manage all existing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn) plus introduce new platforms in line with team and business objectives
Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts
Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content
Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics
Grow the brand following on all social media platforms
Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
Update our social media pages on all platforms with relevant content/posts daily
Review and manage social media partnerships with partners
Plan, organize, and execute the Influencer strategy and activity in order to drive brand awareness and community growth
Build and maintain relationships with Influencers and agency partners, overseeing and coordinating delivery, content creation, gifting, and payments
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role
Portfolio of published articles and contents
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
Excellent writing and editing skills in English
An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces
Time-management skills
Familiarity with SEO
Creatively minded
Excellent written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Have the aptitude and ability to learn quickly and hit the ground running
BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or relevant field ( Not required but desirable)
