Assist with the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations e.t.c)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys e.t.c) and take minutes
Coordinate logistics for new hire orientation
Scheduling meetings and appointments
Carry out proper tracking of the Executive Management's schedules and activities of the projects on schedule to ensure the consistent and procedural performance of routine
Performs other job-related assignments and requests of the Executive Management.
Performs clerical duties and provides administrative support.
Organize staff training sessions and activities
Approves job description and requirement
Monitor staff performance and attendance
Follow up with staff payment to ensure it paid correctly and on time
Provides customer services to the organization employees
Organize events and conferences
Screen and direct phone calls/email to designated execs
Keep up with office supply/inventory
Create and format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports.
