  • Assist with the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations e.t.c)
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys e.t.c) and take minutes
  • Coordinate logistics for new hire orientation
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Carry out proper tracking of the Executive Management's schedules and activities of  the projects on schedule to ensure the consistent and procedural performance of routine
  • Performs other job-related assignments and requests of the Executive Management.
  • Performs clerical duties and provides administrative support.
  • Organize staff training sessions and activities
  • Approves job description and requirement
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance
  • Follow up with staff payment to ensure it paid correctly and on time
  • Provides customer services to the organization employees
  • Organize events and conferences
  • Screen and direct phone calls/email to designated execs 
  • Keep up with office supply/inventory
  • Create and format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports.


  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a related role
  • A minimum of in a related field
