Job Description:

  • Operating and managing the pastry section of the kitchen
  • Preparing baking ingredients and other kitchen equipment.
  • Creating pastries and confections.
  • Decorating pastries and desserts to ensure a beautiful and tasteful presentation.
  • Monitoring the stock of baking ingredients.
  • Ordering new supplies when needed.
  • Ensuring the kitchen adheres to safety and health regulations.
