Job Description:
Implement the company’s sales/growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Continuously explore and identify new markets and customer needs
Oversee the sales process to ensure adherence to processes
Maintain all records of sales, revenue, invoices and generate periodic reports thereof.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Oversee all external communication including updating the website/app and trade shows
Generate feedback for clients campaigns and insight for prospective clients  to make a buying decision  
Job Requirements:
A minimum academic qualification of Tertiary education in any field
Minimum working experience of 5 - 7 years in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage, and In Media, Real Estate or Insurance is recommended
The candidate should be young and vibrant, Under 40 Years
Must have excellent writing & presentation skill  
Others:
Driving: it’s a minimum requirement (Job comes with a Car).
Must be able to work with a team
Organizational fit: Ready to take up responsibility, forward-looking, and have the “Can do spirit”.
Probation /Confirmation: 6 Months
