Sales Lead & Marketing Executive - Kiroland Ventures
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Driver of the Corporate sales team.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Sales agents work remotely, however, every first and last Friday of the month will be for general reviews by 9:00am
- If the sales agents meet targets consistently, the agent will be confirmed as a full staff after 6 months.
Requirements:
- A minimum academic qualification of an OND or SSCE in business administration or related field
- At least 1-3 year Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Proficiency in the English Language
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
