Description
  •  Reviewing current/assigned systems and presenting ideas for system improvements, including cost proposal
  • Working closely with Sales Team, Product Designers and Customer Care


  • Producing detailed specifications and writing the programme codes for process improvement


  • Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live


  • Preparation of training manuals for users on new products and processes


  • Maintaining the systems once they are up and running


  •  Document any identified required changes and communicate them to the relevant authorities.


  • Advising senior management on best practice and process efficiency.Process analysis using IT resources at an advanced level to create IT solutions, enabling the organisation to better meet its goals.


  • Advising senior management on best practice and process efficiency.


  • Training staff on how to use the new systems developed or systems improved.


  •  Analysing consumer and product behaviour patterns to improve product success and consumer satisfaction


  • Administering salesforce database


  • Updating and calibrating the database when required to boost efficiency and stability


  • Working on the development of the database and ensuring the database remains in good condition


  • Measuring the company’s level of business efficiency across various and multiple criteria and make recommendations in the best interest of the company


  • Designing a framework for data mining within the company across key areas for performance management 


  •  Developing data analysis and interpretation tools for the various departments


  • 3rd party platform integration implementation and support
  • New and existing Mobile Application development, upgrade and management
